Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate core ALDI values in daily tasks.
• Assist in cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining clean store appearance.
• Provide outstanding customer service by helping shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure cash-handling compliance.
• Execute general cleaning duties following company standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
