Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Store Operations Assistant at Aldi. As a key member of our retail workforce, you will contribute to maintaining a well-organized store environment and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, stocking products, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store appearance.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their purchasing experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Proficiency in operating retail equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
