Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring for accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous service.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and operating store equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
