Job Description

We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized and that customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor stock accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
