We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store operates efficiently and provides exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and assist customers with shopping needs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash register efficiently and handle customer purchases.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
