Aldi Store Operations Assistant

Join our team at Aldi as a Store Operations Assistant. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and maintain store security and confidentiality.
• Flexible to undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
