Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, handle cashiering, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
