Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a crucial part of our store operations, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies.
• Operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and following company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
