Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness within the store.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
- Assist customers with their shopping needs
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Provide feedback to management on product issues and store operations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
