Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI, where you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and stocked. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Processing customer purchases and performing general cleaning duties.
• Assisting customers with their shopping experience and providing exceptional service.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating clearly with store management.
• Participating in store inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient and accurate operation of a cash register.
• Capability to safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail environment preferred.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
