Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour. You will be responsible for cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members and management. Additionally, you will help monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow established company procedures. The role demands physical agility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
