Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various in-store activities, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
