Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and customer-friendly. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you'll provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and general issues.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and follow established company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
