Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skills in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
