We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback to management and assist in inventory management
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
