Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and customer service standards
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with store inventory counts

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
