Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and complete customer purchases.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work effectively both independently and within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
