Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, serving customers, and upholding our commitment to exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on product quality, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory procedures and maintain adherence to cash policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
