Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and general cleaning.
• Ability to follow company policies, operate equipment, and handle alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
