Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
