Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to management, monitor inventory, and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
