Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join us at ALDI. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold our store's standards.

Starting Wage

$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring document security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Efficient cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
