Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTS Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain cleanliness
• Provide feedback on products and inventory

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
