Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by handling various responsibilities such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely, following company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
