Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store operations by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store meets the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold security procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Capable of working with various equipment and tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
