Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized store environment, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our dynamic team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
