Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and inviting for our customers. By working collaboratively with our team, you will contribute to an exceptional shopping experience for all our visitors.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize products
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and other retail equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
