Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) principles consistently.
• Handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers throughout their experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Proficiency in general cleaning tasks and policy adherence.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience is beneficial.
