Store Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team, enhance the shopping experience, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies while safeguarding confidential information
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe usage of equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers
• General cleaning abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
