Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with the ALDI team, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
