Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Take part in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
