Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other necessary equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
