Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising and stocking products to providing outstanding customer service, you will be a key member of the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly, ensuring a well-organized store layout.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrated capability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
