We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves, assist customers, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
