Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our Aldi family. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Type

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain document security.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and operating cash registers.
• Able to use equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
