Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of the team, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Keep shelves and merchandise displays organized and neat.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient working environment.
• Participate in inventory management and maintain accurate stock levels.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and related equipment.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
