Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's appearance and functionality. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
