Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and securely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and operating store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
