Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive outstanding service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills while performing daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of safely handling equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
