Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a core member of our team, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, supporting customer needs, and collaborating with your colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
