Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a key role in maintaining store operations and providing exceptional customer service. As part of the team, you will work collaboratively to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Process customer purchases and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
