Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained to provide a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You'll collaborate with colleagues, uphold company standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory management
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Age requirement: 18 years or older
• Proficient in efficient cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment safely
• Keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
