Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Effectively merchandise, stock, and maintain store appearance.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate openly with store management and provide valuable feedback.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
