Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a competitive starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise and maintain displays.
• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
