Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 45 pounds

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Experience in retail environment is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
