Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers throughout their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
