Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's cleanliness, stocking products, cashiering, and most importantly, providing exceptional customer service. You'll collaborate with the ALDI team to create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain store cleanliness.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
