Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store maintains its high standards by merchandising products, assisting customers, and keeping the store clean and organized. You will collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash register efficiently.
