Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a key team player, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to ALDI's values and professional standards.
• Assist customers with purchases, maintain clean store areas, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate openly with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback on products, and adhere to company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including cash registers and store maintenance tools.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow company policies, handle merchandise, and operate equipment.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
