Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, the products are stocked, and our customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and process customer purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
